2nd draft decree by SBV on fintech sandbox rules

The second draft has also been released several months ago in April 2022.  This draft will go through the comments and opinion gatherings from banks, credit and financial institutions, relevant ministries, and if all go well, then the Government will give its nod to the rule. Hanoi City Chairman and Health Minister detained

Post pandemic fallouts and clean up lead to both chairman of Hanoi, the capital city and the health minister were removed from their official positions and the party. Both were then detained one day after for their involvement in the “test kit” under the table payments by the importer.
